I am Irene, your witchy host, here on Witchy Reads. I have always loved reading, from my child hood until now, when I was younger I would stay up late to secretly finish my book. Nowadays I can be found in the corner of the couch, with a blanket, a good book and my familiar Dennis the cat. Unconventional cat name I know, but the name was already appointed before I adopted him.  My fascination for witch craft came from Juniper by Monica Furlong, it is one of those books that stuck with me, through time, I still really want to re-read it some time.

I  started my blogging career at www.icecoldpassion.com which will be left behind. I was unable to transfer the blog to a different platform so I decided to start over with a brand new blog.  

 

With this blog I would like to focus more on the genres I really love and most enjoy reading about, which are fantasy and science fiction. With of course a special focus on witches and witch craft. There will be room for all other creatures of night no worries. You can expect at least one witchy review a month.
